Today, the 8th Circuit was selected to be the venue for our shared legal challenge to rein in the unconstitutional regulatory overreach from the failed Biden Administration and the SEC. We look forward to aggressively pursuing this case along with states and business communities all across the country to fight the overburdensome and arbitrary requirements placed upon American business.We will remain vigilant to ensure American Free Enterprise is defended and that faceless bureaucrats are not able to arbitrarily target the business community with burdensome and nonsensical regulations.
