Julia Dailer

Julia Dailer has been involved in grassroots organizing since she was 15 years old. As a high school student, she started volunteering for former U.S. Representative Pete Olson’s first primary election and quickly caught the campaign bug.

Julia is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, and after graduation made her way to Capitol Hill where she served as then House Rules Committee Chair Pete Sessions’ Executive Assistant. After a deployment to Arizona to lend her help to Martha McSally, she knew she wanted to transition full time into the political arena. This led her to the Republican National Committee during the pivotal 2016 cycle, where she worked under the National Political Director.

After an intense two months working on the Presidential Inaugural Committee, Julia joined the White House Office of Political Affairs in January 2017 where she executed political events for POTUS and managed surrogate activity for Administration and Cabinet Officials.

She now focuses her time on clients in the nonprofit and trade association sector, using what she has learned over the last decade to help these organizations operate efficiently to achieve their goals.
