Paige currently serves as President of Hahn Group, a development firm she founded in 2007. Paige specializes in creating and growing membership programs, issue-based campaigns, and outside political organizations (501c4’s and SuperPACs). She is also often hired to improve existing donor engagement programs for the purpose of growing new revenue.
Her current clients include the National Retail Federation, American Free Enterprise Chamber of Commerce (AmFree), and Attorney General Jason Miyares (VA). Past clients include the U.S Chamber of Commerce where she managed a $30 million dollar portfolio made up of both membership and issue-based campaign funds, the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial Fund where she led an $80 million dollar capital campaign to build an education center, and the National Republican Congressional Committee where she executed Virginia based fundraising events. Past clients include America Leads SuperPAC, Alliance for Market Solutions (C4), The Cleveland Host Committee (501c3), Christ Christie for President, Doug Ducey for Governor, Ed Gillespie for Governor, and Bob McDonnell for Governor.
From 2011-2014, Paige served as Finance Director for the Republican Governors Association, which under her direction raised over $250 million dollars in a four-year period. In this role, Paige managed a team of in-house development professionals as well as state-based fundraising consultants. During this same period, Hahn Group clients included: Governors Nikki Haley, Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal, Chris Christie, Bob McDonnell, and Mitt Romney.
In 2010, Paige helped the U.S. Chamber of Commerce execute a $50 million dollar fundraising program supporting its voter education program. In that same period, Paige served as chief fundraiser for Governor Bob McDonnell and all related fundraising entities. In 2009, Paige ran the fundraising operation for McDonnell for Governor as well as the Voter Education Program for the U.S. Chamber. In 2008, she oversaw the successful completion of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s $30 million dollar issue advocacy campaign.
Prior to starting her own firm, Paige served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the Direct Marketing Association. In this capacity, Paige was charged with the oversight and execution of the DMA sales operation including membership acquisition, sponsorship and exhibit sales, and sponsored research. In addition, Paige was responsible for all business development including association alliances, corporate partnerships and the DMA Small Business Marketing Network.
From 2000-2005, Paige held the position of Director of Corporate Development for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this role, Paige was responsible for managing the fundraising efforts of 31 senior Chamber executives as well as direct solicitation of corporate donors.
Paige began her career in 1997 working for a well-known political fundraising consultant followed by the Republican National Committee. At the RNC, she served as Deputy Director of Team 100 and Southern Regional Director for the Republican Eagles at the Republican National Committee.
